Ebay write me "not sugestion direct contact because banned"
How write email with suggestion direct contact by email ?
or maybe Ebay not banned or only write if only to scare the user
How to do if only it was well
if only it was nice and miraculously both for me as well as for ebay :]

I'm not sure i understand. Are you saying that you are banned and were asked not to contact the buyer? Are you asking how to get the buyers details to contact them?

If thats the case just look up their details in the paypal transaction

but in PayPal not have email address buyer
when buyer won auction and I responde with him in Ebay, Ebay then write what I can be banning when I write for example "give me email" etc.
Meyabe not banning, I dont know but I see how I am answering annoucement, what Ebay protect buyer and etc etc .. generally maybe yes, maybe not but when I write email to buyer "please give me direct email" or "plase my email for quick response"
perhaps I am oversensitive but I wouldn't like to lose the account for the reason so bull**** :]

eBay is rightfully suspicious that you're trying to establish contact with the buyer outside eBay.
Accounts are not the easiest thing to come by these days. Don't throw yours away without cause.
