How safe is to use different html but same text with different images? will they link text or just html and image data and location.

You really should read the Stealth Guide, as it contains many of those methods.

So can you be linked just by text only? not html not images not something else. I'm asking about only text.

Among other things, if your listing always contain the same text across accounts, I would say it's not a very smart thing to do. If something else was similar (such as the metadata within images/pictures, for example) they can also use the other attributes of your listings to associate them together.

As I have explained before, it's not any one thing that can link your accounts, it's a combination of things. Just keep those things to a minimum and you will be fine.

The more similar your listings, the easier you make it for eBay to identify you.
The whole idea of stealth is being someone else

If you're going to sell the same items across multiple accounts, you'd at some point face the classic Writer's block problem.
Just take a look at your competitors listing and then create a better one that is dissimilar. This works much better than doing it with your own listing.
