firefox can't load captcha

All of the sudden ebay started to use captcha verify identity before log in with the normal account name and password.

However my firefox (also chrome) both can't display captcha.

Anyone has the same problem?

I get stuck in a loop on my "home" account when I use my VPN. drives me nuts

Calling wont accomplish anything. Its a technical issue - not a glitch.

I have this loop on a few accounts. You may want to make sure your java is up-to-date. Ive seen regular captchas and the new slide the puzzle piece. It gets even more annoying when you solve that, then it goes to a redirecting page over your javascript.

Your VPN can trigger this. Can you use tethering temporarily?

No I use IP in vmware. Strange thing is, there's another IP which has the exactly same firefox setting, works perfectly fine with the captcha.

Will send help messages to IP provider. But I'm not sure if it's really because of the IP... I have been using this IP for the past 2 years, under same vmware.
