Selling the same item many times
 

I have access to something that I can sell hundreds of times and I do so on Amazon. I want to sell it on Ebay. Will eBay flag a stealth account if they see a listing where the quantity is greater than 1?

try 10 first,you can always relist

people will more likley buy your item when it says 100x sold.

best thing you can do is to list it 10 times AND USE THE OUT OF STOCK OPTION which you will find here: https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...&FClassic=true

When 5 of your items are sold you can increase the quantity back to 10. And if it reaches 0 because you did not restock fast the listing wont end if the option is ticked.

If it is a cheap item you can have always 20 active. if it is an expensive one you shouldnt have 2-3 at the same time and always restock to 2-3 when one is sold

If you re-sell multiples of the same item, advertised as "new", especially something branded, you can expect a invoice/receipt requests from eBay & PayPal. That's nearly always a given.

I have several listings with multiples of same item and have since the past year.
I have not been asked for invoice or receipts.
