How to get your seller performance up
 

My account has been at risk of being suspended for almost 6 months, I get the same email every month. For late tracking updating and for customers buying my item then wanting to cancel, which has happened a good bit and hurts my rating. Theres one guy on here that can fix it buy he charges $60 per item that basically hurts my performance and I have like 8... Anyone have any idea how you think I could get them to remove them or whatever.

Need to keep good rating especially for stealth accounts, sometimes have to sell some low value products to exchange some positive feedback.
Set the handling time to be 3 days or more if you cannot ship your item as promised.

Its not a stealth. I would try to call and ask them to try to sway them to fix my account, but I feel like the opposite would happen and they would suspend my account like they have threatened to do for half a year now.

You can update tracking on time and is there a reason buyers ask to cancel? I dont think that hurts performance, only if you request the cancellation.

Well I had a lazy period for a week and was late on shipping multiple things out. And they ask to cancel because they can't pay or didn't read the description. And the guy that sells the service is on the marketplace here.

why cant you list a bunch of popular items at slightly over cost and get great feedback?

buyers asking to cancel does NOT hurt anything.

I can understand running late for the post because of circumstances beyond your control. But about the customers reading your description? Forget it.

Based on the messages I get daily, I have concluded that many eBay buyers seem not to be interested in reading descriptions thoroughly.


As regards some small steps you can take that will help you get your account in good standing, see my PM. I don't think you need to waste money on any service.
