ebay collecting sales tax
 

Started to sell in US now, noticed ebay is collecting sales tax via PayPal to buyers. However I always manually send buyer invoice via stripe, so there's no tax issues. In that way ebay won't collect this tax for themselves? Or will they send me a bill within the monthly invoice for this tax?

how do you manage to send invoice via stripe when Paypal is the only payment processor?
Ebay would not send you an invoice,it is up to you to collect sales tax and remit to the state,but if you are in UK,not much US states can do

You're using stripe with eBay? How is that done?

The sales tax is mandatory but since you're going outside of eB/PP, I'm not sure if they'll collect it from you.

could be fixed price or auction with no Buy it now,so he sends skill invoice.
Ebay gets its fee as soon as auction closed or order placed,but it is up to him to collect sales tax.
