How to answer on Ebay questions when account is suspended first time
 

Hello.

I want to understand how to answer right on ebay questions when your account was suspended for first time when you have created listing.

One time they remove suspension other time they remain suspension.
First items for sale is some cheap stuff ( not high risk )

if it is eaby.co.uk and they ask you how long you have been living on this adress tell them few weeks or that it is your girlfriends adress and you just moved together or something like this.

They do a creditcheck and if the person does not exist and you say you live there for 5 years there is obviosly something wrong.

rest is very straight forward.

- DO NOT USE STOCKPHOTOS
- you have the item in your possession
- the item was a gift few years ago you are not sure when
- you ship within 1-2 days after reciving the payment with royalmail
- you accept paypal as paymentmethod
- use an ip which matches the country

I have passed those kind of questions like a doesn times.
You have to show that you are a low risk seller, that it.
Here are the typical questions:

What types of items do you want to sell on eBay (be specific with brands and what the items are)?
· Where do you get the products that you plan to sell (be specific with names of your distributors and suppliers)?
· How many items do you plan to list on the site?
· What is the average price for the items you’re selling?
· Are the items new or used?
· Do you have any other eBay accounts for selling or buying?

Here is how I would answer them:
What types of items do you want to sell on eBay (be specific with brands and what the items are)?
I would like to sell some items I have around the house that I don't need anymore.
· Where do you get the products that you plan to sell (be specific with names of your distributors and suppliers)?
I had the items bought from local stores here in *your country*
· How many items do you plan to list on the site?
I am not sure, about 3-5 for now
*This does not matter, they will not change the limits based on this question
· What is the average price for the items you’re selling?
About 15-25$
· Are the items new or used?
Mostly used.
· Do you have any other eBay accounts for selling or buying?
No.
