New to Stealth, Please HELP! Thanks!

Hello, All

Here is my situation: My personal eBay accounts had been suspended permanently. Right now, I want to get back to sell by selling my friend's account. But, I have to change his personal PayPal and Phone # in his eBay Account. Therefore, I have to create a new PayPal account for it. Please advice to how could I get this process done. THANK YOU!
