Question about creating stealth
 

Hi folks,
When creating paypal acc do u add bank account and vcc , or just vcc? I was wondering if I have to attatch the bank account straight away when creating acc or I can age the account first with just vcc? Also when creating ebay acc whats best personal/business account?

vcc is okay. make sure you use a working phonenumber because you mght to verify it when you add a bank acc later.

Private is less limits but 1000 free listings.
buissnes is higher limits and you must accept returns.

best is to start with private and build it up. very easy to increase limitis these days. after 3 month i usually have 3k items 50k gbp limits (even if i do not use even 20% of it)
