VAT number - restriction
 

Hi there

Has anyone found a solution to the VAT number situation.

Ebay has limited several of my accounts, I sell high value item, and can easily go above £85k turnover If I am not careful. i understand all of you will say, open more accounts, spread sales etc, yes this is what i had done. It is easiser said than done in my situation. As my market is so competitive. It takes a new account years to build up the search ranking. Every restriction in a established account is a massive HIT to me.

If anyone has a solution to it, please let me know.

I am pretty sure there is solutions to it, as otherwise how does all these chinese sellers get away with a vat number, pretty sure they dont file their vat return right?

Is there any way i could buy a vat number as such in my name?

If anyone can shed lights, it is much appreciated.

wonder if you de-register from VAT and eBay accounts still work or will become restricted
