Can eBay see the number of a CC linked to PP?
 

Hi,

I have created an eBay account and linked it to a PayPal account which had a CC added. Unfortunately the eBay account was banned instantly because I used a TextNow phone number.

I know that I can't use that PP account with another eBay account and neither use that CC on a new PP account.

My question is, would it be safe to open a new eBay account and choose to pay the seller fees with that CC? If eBay cannot see the CC that are linked to a PP account it should be fine, right?

This way I could use one credit card to open two eBay accounts.

Hmmm I think it's best not to.

Try using a VCC to verify a new PP then connect that PP to your old eBay as method of payment.
