Error when listing first item

Hey guys! So when listing my first item I'm getting this error. It has to do with the automatic payment method. any thoughts on this? :help:

You can use VCC instead if you're always getting that error.

Yea, is your pp account verified? I sometimes get this error when i fail to verify my pp account.

Tried adding a VCC to the eBay itself instead?

Can you specify where do you make the mistake? It has verified email, phone number, bank account and VCC.
