Need Advice on saving $$$ on forming multiple LLC's
I'm planning on having several Ebay/PP stealth accounts that will eventually need to be converted to business accounts. My state charges $800/year for LLC's.. So, if I form multiple LLC's, it starts to get a little expensive.. especially if some of my accounts gets flagged and I'm forced to abandon the LLC.
My question is, is there a way to get an LLC in a cheaper state, such as WY, DE, or NV.. and not have to register as a Foreign LLC in my state? If I get an LLC in NV, and get a business address there, will it be enough? Is there any other way to make this work? |
