Yes, it's new accounts, but some of them got that feature, some doesnt

Has it something to do with Seller Hub or they just changed the rule for promote ?

As far as I know the account just needs to be over 60 days to get that feature.

May well be more to it, but that is how I have known it

That maybe true for some countries, but the UK isn’t one of them. Fairly sure it doesn’t apply to the US either

Yh they’ve changed it up none of my new accounts have the promoted listing option I was told by eBay to wait 60 days and to make lots of sales to have this feature active on your account. “What a load of bull****”

That's fine - a lot depends on how you setup and operate

For UK based accounts, you need the account to be aged for at least 2 months for the option to appear.

Just try to open Personal Account then chat with eBay support tell them you want to change to Business account and let them change your account.
This method work for me 75%...

But do we need time ? Like 2-3 months to get it

Or after upgraded, we get the feature instantly ?

From what I gather you need 60 days therefore after 2 eBay billing cycles this feature should appear on your account.
