I've got to have about $30k worth of inventory in the office. Approximately $5k is dead and can't be easily listed and/or sold. For the past year my average order size has been $8k and I order every week.
I'm stocking ~50 unique items and my items also sell very quickly. It's a struggle keeping all of those items in stock at acceptable levels, even when sending $30k+/mo to china.
