Need Clarification On Wyoming LLC
 

Guys after much reading (both guide and forum) still need clarity on using a Wyoming LLC for Paypal.

I live outside Wyoming so when I create the Wyoming LLC I take it I will need a registered agent correct?

Now will I be using the address of the registered agent or will I need to find a forwarding service address for the LLC that is in Wyoming and will I then be using that address as the legal address for the biz in Paypal?

Will I then also be using the chosen address above also on the new eBay account as the biz address (will obviously still need to use a separate return shipping address in my current state)

When it comes to accessing Paypal/eBay will I also need a Wyoming IP address?
