Where are my selling limits??

So I just created a new ebay account and I can't find my selling limits for the life of me! I go into Sell > All selling and can see my Seller Level, Reminders, and all that but no info on the limits. I haven't listed any items yet though. Did I miss a step somewhere? I have not linked paypal nor a CC yet also.
Any ideas?

They'll show up when you list an item.

So the people that sell accounts here have to actually list an item before knowing what the limits are?

buissnes accounts do not need to list an item to show limits.

Pirvate accs need to list an item to show limits (unleast you know how to create a seller account without listing an item)

there is also a method to make accounts without limits then no limits will show at all

I'm not sure how they're doing it.

All I know is any time I've made an account myself, I have to list an item before my selling limits show. I've made business accounts from scratch in the past, and the selling limits didn't show on those either until I made my first listing.

Do you not have an item to list?
You can just upload a clean image, type in a 1234567890 title and description. Boom, you have your limits.

It's a fresh account so I don't want to list too soon. But yeah, I guess I can do that just to get the limits, then cancel the listing right away.

Well, shot myself on the foot here. Did this (listed and cancelled), got a 500/25K limit account but got suspended about 30 minutes later.
