afternoon
i had my ebay shut down few years ago, iv managed to make a few more but all get shutdown after a while

iv just made a new one today and was shutdown within 5 mins. i dont know where im going wrong, i used vpn, new email adrs, opened a new bank to setup paypal (though i didnt even get as far as entering that into ebay) the only thing i can think of is my phone number as i have to verify ebay with a txt and i only have 1 number. any ways around this?

A few things probably killed your account. First, everything (including phone number) must be different...everything!
Second, opening an account during the holidays needs lots of luck. Ebay security is at an all time high this time of the year to keep scammers out, so that holiday shoppers have a great buying experience.
Third, using a VPN to create an account is risky (especially if it's a low cost and abused one)
My advice, get yourself a cell phone, open your Ebay and PayPal accounts on it. This kills two birds with one stone as it'll provide you with a new phone number and a mobile IP. Once established for 90 days or so, you can then move it to a quality VPN (check the marketplace here for good ones) if you want to operate your account on a PC or laptop.
