Will the eBay bot give me limit increases over time even if I don’t link a verified PayPal account?

most likely not.
You'll have to be selling to get an auto increase and have good history

Let’s say I’m selling consistently for 3 months and have good feedback left by buyers. Will the auto increase happen even if the PayPal account isn’t linked to eBay?

How are you getting paid?

The paypal is irrelevant to ebay limits as far as I am aware.

Typically I will get 4 increases in the first 90 days of selling.

I am getting paid by PayPal. Do you call in for increases?

I personally do not call for increases. They come faster if you dont call in. Sometimes you can get two the first week but if you call in, the next wont come for 30 days no matter what. At least in my experience.

I do call in when I get 0-0 selling limits. I make my accounts in a manner that I will always get 0-0

Honestly letting an account get organic increases is better than calling in.

People that call in are typically impatient and have a "I want it now" mindset.
Bad for business.
