eBay Suspended. Need Help
 

Hey guys first of all I'm new here.

I created an eBay account about 3 weeks ago and made some purchases and got 7 positive feedbacks.
Then about two days ago I stated selling on ebay by listing an item. Today I logged into my account and saw that the account has been suspended. Then I called ebay and told my issue. After asking few questions they said that my account is risky and I can no longer use ebay.

So, here's what I've done

• Used new email

• Used new address

• I've created more than 10 ebay accounts in the past using this device before about 8 months ago. Some of them were working, some of them were suspended.

• But before creating this account, I installed windows again and fully formatted the drives.

• Used new PayPal account

• Got some positive feedbacks

• Listed an Antique Coin so it's a collectible item and direct shipping item

• Resetted my internet router before creating the account. (Using IPv4)

• I have a working ebay account in the same LAN on a different PC

Do you guys have any suggessions?

Then the second one told me that that's something about my previous account. But I didn't use the same information this time.

Don't know what to do man. Do you think they can get our device's MAC address?

Sounds like you used the same IP address if they are linking you to previous accounts. You need to understand that eBay doesn’t instant ban new legit seller accounts. If they did, they would literally go out of business. There is something you are doing wrong that is flagging your account.

What items did your purchase to get those first 7 feedbacks? eBay doesn’t like when you purchase cheap items to farm buyer feedback, and then go instantly to selling. That might be what caused the suspicion.

Are you using a stealth browser (i.e. Sphere Browser or Firefox Portable w/ Canvas Defender)? If not, you should try and see if that makes a difference.

They cannot see MAC addresses unless they install software on your device.
