Help on ebay suspending

The first ebay suspension I got when I listed an item. They asked me basic questions such as where do I get the items from and do I have it on hand. I just got another suspension and they asked me public database questions. How do I avoid them asking me public database questions?

As in questions that they can search on a "public" database. They asked me the name associated with the account if there is a middle name. The addresses lived at. Any cars owned or leased and the last 4 of the social security number.

Cheap items and slowly. Even if you are taking a loss on items it will help build feedback as well as trust with ebay.

I would not add high value items until you are more sure the account is stable.

In meantime you could start making new accounts.

When I started up I used items around the house. Cookbooks, kid clothing that was in like new condition. Basically things I would of sold in a rummage sale. All items were used but in good condition.
Pick up items at Goodwill if you don't want to sell your personal items

try making a new account then and selling again.

TAKING your own pictures help and describe the item yourself instead of copy and paste from elsewhere.
slightly used items better than brand new item.
think if you were disposing your own personal items around house,how many can you have?10.20.30 or 100,.200,300?
and what would you have around the house,not 20 ipods,iphone,laptop,50 Gold Eagle coin,100 Krugerand?

Use personal realistic items that are low risk. Vases, books, boxes, antiques, collectibles, phones, etc
