Just got mobile dongle. Need paypal info help
Is the Vanilla Visa card used to only pay ebay fees or is at also used to verify your paypal? Since I was permanently banned from Ebay I cant use my real name or address so do I just makeup one and make sure they match? I dont really care about receiving returns if that helps. Can I still link my real bank account to my paypal since the addresses obviously are different? If not, what do i use for a bank account to withdraw? |
