Location Matters?
 

First of all, I only purchased eBayStealth today, I have only read it briefly to get an idea before I read it again properly and I am pleased.

However! My initial idea of going under the radar on eBay was to use coffee shops and library, which is something we were warned against in this E-Book, and apparently I can use eBay at the comfort of my own home, which is great news and ideal!

Simple question to the stealth veterans.

My concern is, regardless of the address I register with, and regardless of the new IP address, won't eBay still be able to know my location? I would be working from the exact same spot I got banned in.

I was planning on using the tethering method from my mobile, which I believe is even more accurate in terms of location. And also have had the eBay app installed onto that mobile (indefinite suspension).
