eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Whats with this please verify yourself? Ebay

My stealth account is new and created a new user account(Windows), ip is usa fresh ip adress from ipburger.
Whenever i sign in or sign out, i get this message

“Please verify yourself. To keep ebay a safe place to buy and sell we will OCCASIONALLY ask you to verify yourself. This helps us to block unathorised users from entering our site"
This annoying message followed by a "captcha" then my sign in, then another "captcha" then a form resubmit and I'm in, EVERY TIME.

Why do I get this ? Is this a red flag?

Actually it has nothing to do with cookies and everything to do with the IP being used. Theyre seeing you using a VPN...

It's likely your IP address. This is what typically happens with a bad VPN or proxy.

Your ebay account is aged one?
You can sell your stuff with the ebay account?
Is there any other problem with it?

Well at the moment my most aged one is about 2 months old, no problems selling, I just get this captcha sometimes when changing critical information, or viewing critical information

There are no fresh IPs and eBay is well aware of which IPs are assigned to hosting companies. From what I can tell this captcha now shows up for any datacenter IP. I have business accounts that have logged in with the same ("fresh" 24vc) VPN IP for the past 5 years, and they all now get this puzzle piece captcha when trying to login.

It's been this way for 4 months or so now, and nothing bad has happened to any of my accounts yet.

So it's not causing anything detrimental yet. Our options at this point are to either a) keep sliding puzzle pieces, or b) stop using datacenter IP's that belong to hosting companies.

Expect some new drastic changes to paypal and ebay this year. There will no doubt be new challenges on the way.
