Suspended once again
 

Just got suspended yesterday on ebay. To tell you the truth ebay has gotten to me, I swear they need to clarify more. Here is the letter they sent me.


Your eBay account has been suspended. eBay took this action after determining that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.

Please point out to me where I went wrong. My account was setup since september 2nd. The first week I posted about 10 things. Since my paypal account was down, alot of people did not pay for their auctions and for the last 5 out of 10 transactions I had to do a mutual agreement. Two weeks later, I listed not 10 but 24 items, some went as high as $850 so ebay canceled all my auctions and asked me to confirm my phone number. I did that and relisted all my 24 items back on ebay. Two days later, I get this email which I posted up top. I dont know what I did wrong, maybe it all those mutual agreements in the first month which caused my account to get suspended. Please help, im about to give up on this whole ebay thing and get back to real work.

I can see alot of reason why your account was suspended and what you did wrong! Your trying to list High ticket items on a 2 week old account..lol you really thought you can get away with that. But you listed 24 of those items at that. Follow Aspkin instructions and start slow. And when we say slow we mean SLOW, then build up items.

im guessing thats why. I never used my paypal account in the auctions but people are just dumb and did not see that. Anyway how many items max can i list to not get suspended again?? thanks.

it all depends on what your selling. Only you will know what a safe amount is..

I got suspended today, I just take them in stride. Whatever ! maybe its because im a cold hearted guy I don't even get emotional

man I wish I had my paypal working. id pay money to get a new one up. i made a new account and listed some items raning to sell about 50 to 75 each. should i be alright??? i listed them for 3 days, and in 3 days im planning to post 5 more things like that. let me know if im on a right track.

Got the same letter. I guess they did'nt like me buying penny feedback. Sorry it was before I was on this board. Thanks modee , i follow all the rules now.
Did the gift card thing and im back up and taking it slow no selling just a feedback a day. Usually when I got taken down in the past they list accounts that tie me too the past. Weird who knows what that letter really means.

i was chatting with ebay today through their chat system because someone bid on my items from nigerie trying to spam me, anyway ebay canceled four of 5 of my auctions because some idiot tried to scam me, can u believe that?? 3 days with a new id and already someone tried to rip me off with their ⊗⊗⊗⊗ PayPal payment. anyway i was chatting with him and asked him if there was a selling limit, he told me there was but he did tell me there was a bidding limit until you have 10 feedbacks. Let me know what you guys think on that. Also i got about 10 $850 items i need to sell fast and i mean fast!!! this crap has been holding up alot of things, and last time i tried to sell all of it at once ebay kicked me! any idea's on how much at a time i can post?? or any ideas if i can buy someone's ebay account with over a month's life and feedback over ten?? thanks

im sorry i just read over what i typed and mad a biggest mistake, lol THE EBAY GUY TOLD ME THERE WASN'T A SELLING LIMIT!!!

Well since you asked. I think you were dumb for contacting Ebay. Thats a no no !!
Why would you do that and then you asked if there was a seller limit.. Thats suspect to them and thats why they cancel your listings..

i contacted them after ebay ended the listings, they were removed because some bidders took over on someone elses account and bid on my items. by the way chris can i buy an account from you?? one with 30days+ and good feedabck. let me know how much 9162057581 or just email me through here bmrparts@hotmail.com

Accounts aren't going to help you if you keep getting the boot. You are doing something wrong and you need to get to the root of the problem before you by a account
