Starting an old account need some help
 

Hello, I want to buy an old account from US that has not been used for a while. The account has been verified and they provide me with the holder's every documents like Passport, License, Bank statement , telephone number, email adress, VPN, valid VBA and VCC and no hold of 21 days in Paypal. Can I change basic information and settings? Like passwords, email, VPN, phone number and after how long?

Good luck with this. I don't know where are you getting these from but this is close to identity theft. So a big fat no.
