Connecting a new stealth account to the Net and Bank Transfers

How dose the SIM work if I get one with a Stealth Account? I have an I pad 4th gen purchased used. What is the best way to be online with a Stealth account?

For money transfers get a saving account on my bank Account and use that for PayPal transfers? I am using the checking for another eBay account this would be a saving account with the same bank account. I need to know if this is proper.. Before I set this all up.
