Selling ONLY through global shipping program

Anyone know if there is a way to ONLY sell through the global shipping program and service no other eBay customers?

I dont think so. This is an additional option you can choose to select to increase sales, not necessarily set as the only option of bringing in sales.

Also I've personally not had that many sales using GSP. So unless you've already tried it, you might have the same result as me.

GSP is for overseas orders, depends on what you sell, some buyers do not mind using it,it all depends

GSP does not serve all countries and all categories.
Even within the category it accepts, there wll be exception,eg a certain wood used in Thomson guitar is not allowed for export, and import to certain country.

I’m going to experiment with shipping exclusions and see if I can make it possible.

GSP is not for everyone, but it provides better service,it fills out the customs form for you and of course collect the customs duty in advance (altho some EU buyers complain,as shipment landed in UK first and they pay UK customs and then when it comes to their country ,they have to pay again).
It repacks your item, some items are too big for USPS,but good enough for GSP.
When it finds out it is not allowed for export/import,it refunds the buyer, let you keep your money and unload it to a local dealer who sells on Ebay.
GSP also has an insurance policy,if theft or damage, its insurer pays.
Yes,it is expensive but I have seen many so called freight forwarders doing such a sloppy job, using a plastic envelope with hardly any wrapping, shoving an item into a USPS priority VHS tape size box, mislabelling, misplacing packages and unreliable, irresponsible personel.
I have never used GSP,I do my own overseas shipping with mostly USPS .
It is cheaper and there is this buyer mentality, may be they get lucky and do not have to pay customs duty or you under declared the value .
