hi guys,
so i have managed to buy an acc from a family member that lives far away from me. acc created in 2015. the problem is when i called ebay about this, the rep said that if you arnt gonna use the same browser and ip the acc established in then you will need to first browse and have the acc familiarize with ur new ip and browser.
do u have any idea aboutt this fellas

Standard. Just browse eBay. Click on listings. Click watch on a few items. And basically do that for a month everyday before you start listings.

what if i call ebay telling them that i have changed the location(ip) and laptop, would that makze a difference.

It might sound fishy to certain eb agents - keep it simple and follow what yellowprintdirect said

the average user doesn't think of their IP and laptop cookies, you want to keep looking like an average user

so u advise as the other dude said, logging in everyday and acting as a regular buyer just for the sake the acc get use to new ip and browser. but how long ??
