Connecting Stealth PayPal To A Bank Account..

What is the best way to set up a bank with a new Stealth PayPal account?… Some say use your bank. I am already using it with another eBay account on checking so use saving account from same bank with new Stealth account? ... Can anyone help clarify this for me? ... Thanks...

you can also link your bank account to one Paypal account,so you need to open another account.
