Changing eBay acc country of origin. Different countries PP and eBay.
 

I made a new account and PP on my friend. She is working in France. But I want to use ebay acc in Ukraine where I am from. Unfortunately PP doesn't cooperate with Ukraine. I made some purchase from this ebay acc to show healthy activity. I want start selling on this acc.

Previously I made acc from Poland with Poland PP and made about 100 sales after get suspended.

Is it safe if I will change country of eBay acc from France to Ukraine. And if safe if eBay acc and PP will have same name but different countries and address.
Both addresses I can confirm in case of need. I confused what to do because I know that ebay can get may pay attention if I change country.

I plan not to enter this French PayPal from Ukraine. Money I withdraw through Ukraine friends who have online exchanger. It works like this - I send to their Paypal money and they send me equivalent in local currency on my local bank card. I withdraw in such way money from my polish PayPal. I do not worry about pay pal. everything is clear to me here.

I don't know how better to do with my ebay account. Now the country of origin is France and account was made from France IP. I want to use it in Ukraine. Whether it will attract attention if I change country of origin on account but the name will be the same. One thing that will be different countries and address on ebay and PayPal but same name. Both I will be ready to confirm with sending documents.

Sell with her account or just become an e-resident of some other country. This is possible now.

you mean mark item location: Kyiv, Ukraine (where I am) and there will be no claim that the account registered address is Paris, France?

I worry about that I will enter account from Ukraine and account registered in France
