It is always worth a try and call them after suspension and say you were asked to call to verify your account, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain to do this.
| I personally go through the live chat function to lift the soft suspension. Sometimes they throw curveball questions so at least in a chat box you have time to think of your repliesd and aren't really put on the spot.
They usually ask what your intentions are, how you plan to ship the items and where you get them from. I normally say, new business venture, 1st class royal mail, and UK supplier and all is fine.
However yesterday I was re-instating a new account and the girl was asking me how long my Paypal account had been open, whether I had any other Ebay accounts, and why I opened a business account instead of a personal one. I managed to talk my way out of it and save my account but I honestly thought it was game over lol |
