I cannot create backup stealth account, Suspend immediately

Hey,

I successfully created stealth account 3 months ago, and it works fine, but now when I am trying to create a new stealth as a backup, I get immediately suspended, I called eBay and they told me my account linked to old account!

I followed the guide as I did before but now I cannot create one, what is the reason?

I created a new user account, email, phone number.
For the financial, I added the new email under my main PP stealth account as secondary but I didn't link it to eBay.

For the IP I just switched the router and I got a new IP address

I didn't list anything and get suspended and they still link it to my old account that suspended.

I noticed something when I create new user accounts it looks different than one that successfully works. How can make sure about this?
