How fast can I list on purchased stealth account?
 

Say I buy a stealth account with 1,000 item limit that's aged around 90 days. How fast can I list on here? Am I going to get verifications?

YOu need to ask the seller about this.

But rule of thumb is to tread carefully and not go overboard for a while.

You should prime the account first.
Youll be using a new device and a new IP - both of which ebay and paypal are not familiar with so youll need to build at least a few days worth of history and cookies by logging in and browsing around.
After that's done you can start listing - be sure the items you list are low risk/low value.

built up history with ebay.
buy some cheaper item and watch some sellers.
make actions logical.
maybe takes 7 - 10 days to start sell

You can also start immediately, but go that slowly. Think about...if you was in front of your own account, maybe you were going to sell immediately if needed, and this behaviour i think is taken by many and many people. So why an account called " stealth " from the human can be different for an alghoritm?
If you want start to sell immediately, but start very slow
