ebay help

I have now a problem of creating eBay accounts
once I create an account I get suspended even the IP address is not the same one I change the VCC much time but still not work I try to use proxies for other countries like Canada and United Kingdom
but it still the same problem
is anyone have the same problem here?

Depends on how you created the account. you could have overlooked something.
You followed everything from the stealth guide completely? Step by step?
