New Ebay acct need to call and mention Code.

Hi all,
I have a problem like this:

I don't have a real phone in USA, try to use Skype - Textfree... call but this number tell me: You're using none working phone number.

So how can I call and confirm this code?

What phone number did you use to sign up to ebay to begin with? cause thats the one you should be using.

Thank you, i'm using Comcast phone, but I didn't know how to setup call it. So i used another phone (app phone/ skype) all receive anoun. None working phone.
