Why is it when I create new accounts they show 0 allowances and not the standard limits? As 10 items and $650

0/0 means you are doing something ebay doesn't like and they decided to not let you sell on that account

Ok but why is it when I contact them they say the selling account wasn’t setup properly and so there system just left it on 0?

Ebay reps don't know whats going on, they will say anything to get you off the phone

I got another eBay account and I haven’t paid the fees on that yet would that be causing this issue to happen?

No. Ebays initial limits are in dependant of anything else like that.

When this happens to me I just move on unfortunately it is a waste of time very sorry about your acc

Try making another account. If it still happens you may need to figure out what you're doing wrong.

Ok I figured it out what was causing the issue. And now I keep getting suspended when I’m using new address new number.

Yeah I read the book some of it doesn’t make sense though. It’s basically use new everything.

Ok i got an idea that will work...
read it again little bit at a time
then when have understood that bit you move to the next bit, if anything is confusing post that part here and forum members will guide you through it with success

tell me what's confusing in stealth book?
Remeber not to use anyone's ID without there permission otherwise it would be ID theft and could lead to ID fraud if things where to go wrong with the account (eg buyer files chargeback and you don't have funds to cover it).

It may be much easier for you to open a business ebay account, always get a 10/£750,
many factors can cause a zero allowance on a personal account, you can get them to call you on the registered phone number and they will increase it there and then

You contacted help and support and they did not help you?
you cannot of contacted the correct department,
find the help article thats suggested for you relating to seller account/ selling limits then towards bottom of page you should have 2 options = call them or call me, get them to call you (with the mobile number you reg account with)
they could ask for some of your personal info as a way to verify it's you
ask them for help on listing a item.
also note that he will see on his screen every ebay page you visited so it would be a good idea to actually set a listing up and click list item, it will then be saved as draft for completion at a later time

No I’m not using no ones ID I’m basically using everything new and still get blocked I don’t know what’s causing the problem.

No need to contact them because I tried live chat and they keep saying your a high risk to the eBay community and they took this precaution to protect other members.
