The biggest obstacle I see for you will be your attached US PayPal account. You must attach a valid US bank account in order to get your money which will require opening a US bank account which will require a US SSN and valid US address.

find a freight forwarder and use their address.
but without SSN,you cant get your money out,or spend it,then you need to tranfer to a US bank,but you cant open one without SSN

Open a US ebay account and link a UK Paypal account. This avoids the need for SSN and you can withdraw to a UK bank account.
