Do I need to link a paypal account on ebay for customer to purchase my items with paypal? or how do I set it up to which their payment can be directed to my stealth paypal?

Go to Business policies in your ebay account settings and set up default payment policy. There must be your paypal. This policy will be applied to all your listings.
