Ebay 21 day hold policy update

Hi all.

Just want to update you with 21 day money hold policy. Earlier was if you use UPS or Fedex then money is released 24h after delivered.

Now you can get funds faster only if amount is below 1000$ and Ebay can confirm it is delivered.

And those updates in nowhere written in ebay policys, even customer reps saying this.
Is that is legal ?

Normally my funds clear the next day after tracking shows delivered. If they use an ebay gift-card it's insta-funds :)

Now it has changed.

Before it was same to me. Now i had two transactions, both with UPS trackings, and when shows delivered nothing hapened.

Have spoke with ebay and they told me, because over 1k$

Thanks, i know those rules. But there is nothing about holds. When they hold money.
