Some questions on stealth and linking
 

Love the stealth guide, highly recommended practical guide. Before I take a leap of faith just wanted to ask some of the pros some questions.

Basically for now I want to try two things, but am weary of linkage;

no1: Using the details of a family member who shares the same address and last name as me , was thinking that could be troublesome as the address would be linked to mine even when using a different I.P

no2: My friend already has a PP account registered with their overseas address using name and d.o.b obviously but since moving to my country also has another I.D with credentials from here which have never been put into PP or eBay system. I have full permission to use these details but am worried that it will get linked through name / d.o.b

What do you guys think?

2. If he doesnt have issues with payal before, then you can use his name

Permission or not, I'm not a fan of using other real ppl's info

You can use his name without problems just make sure that your friend didn't face any accounts shutdown by PP before. It should not be a problem to use your family members names, just make sure that they are aware that the tax fees will be on their names.
