It is regulated by the IRS. Paypal is obligated to ask for an EIN once you reach 420k in one year (or if they project youll reach that amount in a year).
No way around it.

but if I stay under that mark I won't need to provide am I correct? And can I also used multiple paypal account for a single ebay account so I can spreadout the sales? Cause EIN is very expensive in my place.

You can use a ssn or a friend or family just make sure you get the ok from them u need it for tax.

well I am using an account that I bought from the account shop suggested.. so I need my way around EIN actually looking forward to hearing your thoughts about this thanks

Go apply for an EIN with your SSN. regardless how many transactions you have, Just stop selling at 16-18k sales and you won't get a 1099

Like I said I just bought the stealth account and I don't have an SSN attached to it. the 16-18k sales that per month?

That is for the full year, usually when you approach $10K or about 200 sales they will ask for more details like SSN, best to convert to a business account with EIN and a LLC

if I am going to apply for an EIN and LLC would I need to use the stealth accounts information? won't that raise a red flag since I think the information used in stealth are just made up ones correct?
