Depends on what you do.
If you have too many claims/disputes, then your accounts will most likely be suspended.
Or your items are considered 'high risk' by paypal. I am more concerned about paypal as they're holding your funds. eBay suspensions are easier to avoid.

Don't list high items risk at your start eg: electronic, medical devices. etc.
Grow slowly and of course, read the Stealth Book to get a better picture of how stealth works.
