eBay uk suspended but PayPal still good

Hi Ebay UK acct got suspended but paypal is still good. Although Ebay's taken seller fees from same paypal so accts are linked. If I make a new ebay with a new vcc for seller fees but add the old paypal just to recieve payments, will the new ebay acct still be linked to the old ebay acct?

They would get limited and limited - it can take a few days or it can take a few months but it usually always happens sooner or alter
