eBay Risky Suspension !! Help Please ..
 

Hi Aspkin great members !!
I from Morocco .. i opened my first account on ebay seller option but i get suspended with no reason but this not the problem .. the big problem is when i format my laptop to windows 10 and i opened another one , one day left i get the suspension of risky so i talked to the support and they told me to change the platform !!
ANY SOLUTION PLEAAAAAAAASE !!

I have a same problem. Opened 4 accounts and they got suspended. I never had this problem before.

No they don't. It's not normal for new accounts to be suspended.

It is quite nornal shocking to see you sell accounts and dont know, even legit accounts goes throguh extra verification they suspend the account and ask basic question before restore account

No they don't, hence why I have corrected you previously.

As you have mentioned, I sell accounts so have vastly more experience than you on the matter.

Well in 2 days I created 6 accounts with legit info for somone and all got suspended some after 1 hour and some next day after chat with ebay all reinstated
These were not even on different windows account its created over vmware residential ip real phone no with paypal verified with high quality of vcc and not listed anything
Its hard to beleive your statement maybe someone else put some light on this

If accounts are being suspended without any activity soon after creation, its due to your account creation process. You have crossed a risk factor line and are being automatically suspended.

Assuming we are talking about UK accounts, this should not happen.

I'm curious how chat have reinstated them, as they are useless normally. Did they ask you for anything?

Yes these are uk account,
They simply asked to start with its quite common we require extra verification for new accounts.
Main question was
Do you have any other ebay account?
Are you going to use ebay for buying or selling?
What item you going to sell?
Whats the price range for these?
How you going to ship these items?
Account reinstated

Created Canadian account last night samething but they dont offer support through chat so had to call them,
They asked same questions after confirming name address dob etc

Dont think anything wrong in creating method,

sorry but i agree with JustSmile, if your account goes down shortly oafter creation it IS due to something you have done wrong in creation.

If you talk to ebay chat they will ALWAYS ask for you to supply ID documents for a suspended account to be reopened, and the fact that you opened 6 accounts for someone with REAL info.. speaks volumes.

Its definitely not vcc as its quite good plus this goes to paypal I dont use on ebay

The fact that all of your 6 accounts have been flagged points to some sort of creation method flaw.
Ebay is smart, but not THAT smart, and sure as hell isn't flagging every new account on a whim.

Its the same for US accounts now as well. If you are suspended without listing anything, it means ebay does not like something in your method.

Ebay can’t afford to suspend every new user that signs up, imagine the nightmare costs in terms of customer service and lost revenue

They calculate risks automatically and sometimes their system not making the right decisions. Simply call, let them know about your problem and get your account back - If you didn't break any of their TOS then you should get it back pretty quick.
