Problems Sending Refunds Lately
 

When a buyer opens a return or a case and I offer a partial refund and they accept- the refund isn't going through even though I have money in my Paypal balance. It will say something like "sorry, your refund didn't go through. Try again by logging into your paypal account"

When I login to Paypal to attempt to send a refund manually, there is no button/link that usually says "issue refund." So inevitably, what happens is the buyer escalates it to eBay which of course hurts my account and pisses off the buyer.

These are stealth accounts so I don't have the ability to add funds from my linked bank account. Do I have to have a pre-paid card with a balance attached to each of these accounts to be able to send a refund now or something?

1. Are you trying to refund from a different currency balance?

2. Yes, it happens sometimes, you may not find the "issue refund" link. Just refresh the page several times.

I do the same thing just do the money through paypal website if you are having problems on PayPal click on the classic web page that is what I did 1 click on refund 2 click on the amount 3 when it says invoice just use 2 different names other wise it will not go through like for the top say return then in the bigger box put return on feb 16 . If you use the same words it will give you an error code ****ing paypal lmfao what a joke .
