With VPN I always get blocked from eBay and that’s why I’m thinking of using a proxy to create then after use VPN.

easy way to do it is mobile broadband, use your phone as a hotspot

They don't ask public database questions in UK, the verification questions they would be asking will be out of the info he used to create the account

What if with the mobile broadband I get suspended and it’s likely to get suspended but at the end I do finally pay my fees off.

And why use a mobile broadband or 3G when my internet router sets up a new one when turning it of for 30 minutes and turning it back on?
