Hey Guys If I have an old account, created 90+ days ago but it has no sales. Does this mean that I have to wait 90 days again after the first sale, make 25 sales, $250 to remove the 21 day hold?

Does the account age fix this issue?, or do I need to wait 90 days since the first

The key is to build a healthy amount of transactions and avoid any chargebacks for this period of time to get the limitation removed.

So it's either 25 Sales or 90 Days. In some cases, it can be less if your paypal is aged.

Normally you can go into notification part of your account, you should see details about this (how many days remaining vs volume transaction remaining to pass that limit).
