Bought to buy a stealth account should I get a new PayPal account?

So bout to buy a stealth account do I need to make a new PayPal account and if so should I use all my real info or will that link that to my old PayPal account which is fine and notting wrong with it , and once do have the PayPal account set up with eBay ect how do I withdraw the money from it without linking it to other eBay account or something?
