I heard eBay now tracking using the browser and pc fingerprint, how can I deal with that?

Search the forum, there's a wealth of information for and against the notion that they're using fingerprinting.
You can use VMs to counter fingerprinting but you have to set these up correctly.

eBay has made clear that they purchase information from Google. Chrome is one of the ways google gather your information.
I would not use chrome for a stealth account. It is the only modern browser that can read and store your computer username and computer name using its sister services such as google drive, etc.

Really!? That's insane. I never knew this. Up till now, Chrome was my go-to since it's so easy to use and the adblockers, etc. Thanks for posting this.

Browser finger printing is a FACT, search the forum I have posted MANY articles with links directly to Palantir Technologies the company that actually develops the software not just eBay, but EVERYBODY including Government. www.palantir.com.
